Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service. Last month were in a pinch when the florist for my aunt's funeral cancelled our order the day of the funeral. I called Ana and she was able to deliver the arrangement on time and for less than the other florist. She really came through in our time of need. I can't thank her enough!! I am in Northern NJ and the recipient of the floral arrangement I sent it to lives in Middletown. I placed my order online, unsure of the end result. Not only was the floral arrangement delivered in a timely manner, but the recipient was very overwhelmed with the beauty AND freshness of the flowers, and this person doesn't just hand out compliments. I went to Ana on the recommendation of a friend who used her services for their wedding and I was equally as happy. I really didn't even think about the flowers on the day of the wedding because everything showed up on time perfectly just as I asked for them without me having to do anything. We had communicated well before the day and Ana took care of everything else. Her prices were fair, which I can't say about all florists when they hear the word "wedding". I had already met and spoke with a few before going to Ana, but I never looked back once we had a discussion. She gave us exactly what we asked for and it was perfect.
